“I am a mental health coach and educator, bridging psychology, neuroscience, and trauma-informed practice to support insight, reconnection, and recovery”
Are you stuck in the same patterns and behaviours, such as addictions, toxic relationships, or unhealthy habits?
Do you feel disconnected from yourself, lacking purpose and joy?
I’m a UK-based coach and educator offering online mental health coaching and trauma-informed support for individuals seeking clarity, connection, and calm. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, emotionally dysregulated, stuck in unhelpful patterns like toxic relationships, addictions, or chronic self-doubt - this space is for you.
My work focuses on mental health, trauma awareness, and psychoeducation, supporting people who’ve felt dismissed, disconnected, or left behind by conventional approaches. We can’t erase the past or undo what has shaped us, but we can learn to recognise what’s no longer serving us - and change how we respond. This work is about reclaiming agency, rebuilding self-trust, and reconnecting with who you are beneath the protective patterns. This isn’t about quick fixes or inspirational soundbites. It’s grounded, research-informed care for your mind and nervous system - without the performance, pressure, or algorithms.
“Trauma is not what happens to you; it is what happens inside you as a result of what happens to you”
Dr. Gabor Maté
I help people navigate stress, emotional overwhelm, and mental health challenges with clarity, care, and research-backed tools - without performance or platitudes.
My approach integrates psychology, neuroscience, and trauma-informed coaching. Whether you’re processing past experiences, managing nervous system dysregulation, or rebuilding trust in yourself, I offer a space for insight, reconnection, and recovery.
You can work with me online from anywhere in the UK or internationally. I currently offer 1:1 reflective coaching sessions and mentoring for individuals seeking meaningful health support outside of a clinical setting.
Why I’m not on Social Media
I choose not to use social media to promote my work. These platforms profit from disconnection, comparison, and overstimulation - conditions that often undermine mental health.
As someone who works in trauma-informed practice and neuroscience, I can’t ignore the growing evidence about the harms of social media on attention, nervous system regulation, and our capacity to think deeply. I’m committed to a different pace: one that prioritises grounded reflection, nuanced conversation, and respect for your nervous system. That’s why everything I create lives here or in my newsletter - slow, intentional, and free from algorithmic pressure.
