In one-to-one coaching, I create a collaborative, safe, and judgment-free space where we address your past traumas, core wounds, and present challenges head-on. Together, we equip you with the tools and strategies needed to navigate forward with clarity and purpose. My approach is authentic and unapologetically honest, devoid of sugar-coating or wishy-washy sentiments.

I guide you through a cycle of integration, recognising that growth occurs in layers and unfolds over time. This process has three core components:

Awareness

Through reflective exercises and open dialogue, we explore the underlying thoughts, emotions, and behaviours behind your experiences, bringing awareness to how your past has affected your present. Guiding you to attune to the subtle cues of your body and mind to reconnect and understand yourself more deeply.

Acceptance

Navigating past traumas requires acknowledging the realities of our experiences and our society. Through acceptance, you can embrace your journey with kindness and understanding, acknowledging that growth often stems from accepting oneself wholly.

Action

Empowerment through action is vital in my coaching philosophy. Together, we will develop personalised strategies and tools, enabling you to navigate challenges and manifest meaningful change from within. While we can't change society or erase our past, we can change our responses and shape our futures.

I meet you where you are, offering a bespoke coaching experience tailored to your unique needs and aspirations. Working on conscious and unconscious levels, embedding learnings deep within you. Many of my clients describe this process as where the 'magic' happens.

Building connections, whether with oneself or within a supportive community, is crucial for healing from trauma. Through connection, we find validation, support, and a sense of belonging on our journey towards wholeness.

Together, we'll create a solid foundation for your healing journey, integrating your story into a part of your life rather than letting it define you.

Sessions are £60 for 50 minutes, with no minimum commitment. Typically, I work with my clients weekly for 3 -6 months. As long as our sessions have value, we can continue working together. But it is my mission that we work together until you feel empowered to move forward without me.

It's important to note that coaching is not a replacement for therapy. If your trauma is recent or if you require a safe space to process your story, therapy may be the initial step. However, coaching becomes invaluable when you're ready to move beyond survival and into thriving.
